    PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Thin-walled galvanized C- and U-profiles drawn in one piece on fully automatic continuous molding machines controlled by Cad-Cam. (0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm. Designed according to static calculations, taking into account the region and climatic conditions.

    ASSEMBLY

    Wall panels, roof trusses, purlins and installation of intermediate floors are carried out using special screws and bolts.

    STATIC CALCULATIONS

    In accordance with Turkish standards and/or international standards specified in Article 3; The necessary seismic and static calculations, depending on the suitability of the building for its intended use and the region where the building is located, are carried out in the programs SAP2000, CFS, STA4CAD, BRICSCAD, HAYESCAD according to the load values ​​​​defined in the project. and standards.

    STRENGTH

    The outer cladding is made of Bordex or Betopan, with CE certificate (fire and water resistance). The internal lining is made from 8mm thick recycled material, based on 65% polyethylene, 20% paper, 15% aluminum board (OSB) and 11mm thick plasterboard.
    FOUNDATION CONCRETE Concrete must be poured in accordance with the concreting plan (foundation dimensions) provided by SERA MEKANİK. Foundation design, statics, foundation and flooring will be carried out by the CUSTOMER. It is attached to the concrete base of the building using anchors and steel dowels. On hardened soil, a foundation should be prepared using anchor slabs or a steel mesh foundation.

    Active load participation coefficient (n=0.3)
    Calculated as I=1/1.2/1.4/1.5n=0.3/0.6 depending on the purpose and type of use of the building. The design withstands at least 9 points on the Richter scale

    FRAMEWORK

    Consists of profiles with thicknesses of 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm, specially molded on profile bending machines. The Arakat Steel structure is made from special galvanized twisted sections.
